Harry Albert, Jr. – President
Harry has over 25 years of experience in the collection industry. He is past President of the Mid-Atlantic Collectors Association (MACA).
Harry’s collection experience is expansive. He brings over 20 years in direct operations management of process engineering to his team including compliance, training, skip tracing, credit bureaus, collection strategies, work flows and dialers for both collections and outsourcing.
Harry quickly grew into the collection and credit industry. Beginning as a telephone collector, Harry quickly grew from collector, to Divisional Collection Manager and then Senior Vice President.
Tindy Roberts – Vice President
Tindy brings vast knowledge to the team with a specific focus on insurance recovery, legal collections and operations. Tindy has served as an insurance recovery clerk focusing on medical claim recovery and quickly grew into supervisor and then manager. Tindy assisted in building processes to identify claims with insurance coverage and worked with the consumers and the carries to get them resolved. Tindy is a former board member of Mid-Atlantic Collectors Association (MACA).
Tami Albert – Office Manager, Administration
Tami brings many years of experience in the collections and the extended business office arena. Managing all clerical, data processing and office administration, Tami brings a high level of expertise and accuracy. Tami and her team are critical in day-to-day accounting, data transfers and monthly reconciliations. She strives for excellence in service and meeting the needs of our clients. From letter and posting management to client data transfers and reports, she is unmatched.
Jackie Rasool – General Manager
With more than 14 years of experience, Jackie has ascended through the ranks from a collector to general manager. Along the way, Jackie gained valuable experience as call center supervisor, manager and client services manager. Jackie oversees our call center operations in areas such as quality assurance, compliance and training. As general manager, Jackie serves as the key point of contact for our clients. She regularly communicates with clients about their account transactions, answers client inquiries and helps create a seamless transition to our agency. Jackie makes sure to get the job accomplished in the most professional way possible while delivering the desired results.
